The WHO Europe Child and Adolescent Health Database (CAHD) provides a set of statistics based on indicators related to the health and well-being of children and adolescents. The statistics were collated from a variety of databases as a joint effort between WHO program divisions and collaborating centres and partners. The database was constructed for the purpose of supporting the Child and Adolescent Health and Development Strategy (2015), providing the relevant information for monitoring progress on child and adolescent health indicators in the 53 member states of the WHO European Region.

Source: WHO/UNICEF Joint Reporting Process In an effort to strengthen collaboration and minimize the reporting burden, WHO and UNICEF jointly collect information through a standard questionnaire (the Joint Reporting Form) sent to all Member States The content of the Joint Reporting Form was developed through a consensus process among staff from UNICEF, WHO, and selected ministries of health (MOH) Information collected in the Joint Reporting Form include estimates of national immunization coverage, reported cases of vaccine-preventable diseases (VPDs), immunization schedules, as well as indicators of immunization system performances These are available on the web in July of the following year and by December, the "WHO vaccine-preventable diseases: monitoring system" and "UNICEF immunization summary" are published For further information please refer to http://apps.who.int/immunization_monitoring/routine/joint_reporting/en/index.html http://apps.who.int/immunization_monitoring/globalsummary/timeseries/tswucoveragepcv3.html
